Our client, a records storage company in Valencia who is looking for a customer service representative to join their team !
This position will responsible for answering busy phones , performing data entry tasks and clerical duties as needed by the team.
Ideal candidates will have :
- At least 2 years of customer service
- At least 2 years’ experience handling inbound calls
- Ability to multi-task and work handle busy phones
- At least 2 years of front desk experience
- Good data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
This is a full time temp to hire position that will pay $ 13.25/hour to $13.50/hour during the temp period and up to $15/hour DOE once hired .
