Job Description


We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team in Solon, OH. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.


Billing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Manage fee approvals and process invoices within case management and client systems.
  • Verify accuracy of billing, fees, and related documentation.
  • Communicate with clients and attorneys to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
  • Handle fee and cost quote requests, payoff, and reinstatement tasks.
  • Perform other duties as needed.


Billing Specialist Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with billing in a high-volume law firm is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and adapt to change.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
