Our client, a growing  healthcare  product company located in  Olivette, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representatives for an upcoming training class on January 20th.   This is a full-time, temp-to-hire, opportunity that pays $15.00 per hour, plus incentives. The schedule for this position is 9: 30am-6: 00pm, Monday-Friday, with one late day per week (10: 30am-7: 00pm) and 1-2 Saturdays per month.

  • Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
  • Place outbound calls to prospective leads/customers (not cold calling) 
  • Consult with customers about their personal health care needs
  • Make product recommendations to meet client needs
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Enter orders into the system and process payments

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Prior customer service experience
  • The ability to independently handle complaints and escalated situations in a business setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable in a metrics driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency 
  • The ability to consistently deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers
