Stivers Staffing has clients located throughout Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Westwood and the surrounding communities.
We are looking to add experienced Administrative Assistants to our team to represent Stivers Staffing at client companies on temporary assignments.
- Will have at minimum 2-3 years of Administrative Assistant experience working in an office environment
- Will have experience supporting a temp of executives/managers
- Will possess the ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills
- Good time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team oriented environment
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
