Stivers is looking to add experienced Admin Assistants , Receptionists and General office clerks to our team to represent Stivers at client companies on temporary assignments and/or temp to hire positions in the Orange County area !
Assignments vary in length, location, pay, and duties.
If you have at least 2-3 years of experience we want to talk to you!
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Self-starter, must be results oriented
- Ability to work well with others in a team oriented environment
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
- Previous recent experience working in an office a MUST

- Willingness to be flexible in light of changing requirements demanded by clients
- Ability to work temporary assignments as well as potential temp to hire positions

- Assignments will vary between temporary and temp to hire depending on the needs of our clients.
- Most positions are Mon-Fri during regular business hours, & will range in pay from $13/hr -$18/hr depending on experience, assignment, etc.
