Administrative Assistant/Part time

Lenexa,KS small sales and service branch has a part time job share position to work 18 to 20 hours a week handling various administrative tasks
Answer incoming calls/retrieve voicemails and initiate service requests.
Perform administrative tasks and documentation in a timely manner.
Utilize UPS application for creating shipping labels and postage meter for outgoing mail.
Accounts Payable (provide backup/write checks for Branch Manager signature/log entries)
Manage/Order office supplies
Must have High School diploma and 2 to 3 years related administrative experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good typing Excel and Word skills.
Able to multi-task.
Able to lift/carry 10 to 20 pounds such as basic office supply boxes from one office to another
WANTING TO WORK PART TIME ONLY AND NOT NEEDING BENEFITS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK EVERY FRIDAY
