Experienced Administrative Assistant needed to grow with a leader in education and certification. Must have excellent computer and interpersonal skill sets. Job duties include, but are not limited to; strong usage of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, inbound and outbound calls to trainers and students, notifications and tracking of certifications, travel arrangements, strong customer service, and additional office/clerical duties.
- Must have Microsoft Office Certification
- Must have at least 5 years of consistent Administrative Assistant experience
- Must have excellent Customer Service skill sets
