Unique opportunity with an established insurance company located in Overland Park KS is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in their Sales Department. This role supports 3 Managers, 2 locally and 1 remotely, so the ability to stay on task is vital and not a position for a social person.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to have 6-7 years previous experience as an Administrative Assistant with strong Word and Outlook skills and Above Average Excel skills beyond inputting and making changes, knowing formulas and Pivot tables.
Previous Insurance Experience is a plus but not required
Hours are 7:30- 4:00 Monday through Friday with a 30 minute lunch.
