Administrative Assistant w/ Tax Firm experience
We have a client in Encino, CA – an established tax firm who is looking for a strong Admin Assistant for their office.
This position would provide Admin support to the team ,provide phone support , filing, copying, mail , take messages, put packets together for clients ;
- At least 2-3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience working in a tax firm a plus !
- Strong phone skills and clerical background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- This position would require someone who can work full time and OT during tax season- March,April,September & October ( including Saturdays) .
