Job Title:  Administrative Assistant

Pay:  $22 per hour

Hours:  Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
 
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client, a non-profit organization located in Cleveland, OH. The Administrative Assistant will provide support for multiple departments. 
 
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the administrative needs including calendar coordination, letters, travel arrangements, incoming calls and voicemail handling.

  • Support and coordinate planning and logistics for meetings and events, including communications, registrations, collateral preparation, supplies and meeting minutes.

  • Coordinating compilation, proofing and production for printing publications.

  • Process daily mail, office supply ordering. 
 
The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • 4+ years of Administrative Assistant experience

  • MS Office products experience including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

  • Seeking a self-starter, who is detail-oriented and a quick learner.
