Overland Park insurance office is looking for an administrative assistant to support 3 managers, 2 local and 1 remote. Will need good Word and Outlook and very strong Excel knowing Pivot tables. Need 6 to 7 years previous administrative experience. MUST be confident in their duties and task driven as this is not a social butterfly job. Previous insurance experience a plus but not needed JUST a strong ADMIN background.
$17/hr as temp for the 90 calendar days. Perm will offer $18-$23/hr depending on job performance, attendance, etc.
Resumes required and must list job duties at previous jobs, NOT just titles.
Excellent Excel with strong working experience with Pivot tables, good Word and Outlook skills Must HAVE 6 TO 7 years previous administrative assistant experience.
