Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Payable Processor Pay: $24/hr Hours: M-F 8-5   We are seeking an Accounts Payable Processor for our client, a company that offers tools and technology to help car care businesses run smoothly located in Akron, OH. The Accounts Payable Processor will efficiently and accurately manage the accounts payable process. The Accounts Payable Processor will handle and process invoices, ensure timely payments to vendors, and maintain organized records. This position has room for advancement in the future!
  As an Accounts Payable Processor, you will be responsible for:
  • Invoice processing by receiving and verifying invoices. Matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy as well as process payments.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and promptly respond to inquiries. Additionally, review and reconcile vendor statements and address/resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while also maintaining organized and accurate records.
  • Participate in developing/implementing new systems, procedures, or identifying opportunities for improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
  The ideal candidate for this role will have: 
  • High School diploma
  • 2+ years in Accounts Payable
  • 3 way matching is required
  • Needs to have good attendance
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus
