Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling data entry, auditing invoices, processing customer payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while following direction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry & Invoice Auditing – Accurately enter financial data, review invoices, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Payment Processing – Receive and route customer payments appropriately.
  • Customer File Maintenance – Maintain and update customer records, assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel – Experience working with accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Strong Organizational Skills – Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-Starter Mentality – Able to take direction and execute tasks independently.
Pay Rate- $20/HR 
 
Shift Monday- Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
