Our client, an Earth City based custom design organization, is seeking an Account Coordinator to join their busy team. This is a full-time, long-term, temporary opportunity that has he possibility  of permanent placement for the right person. The pay for this position is $15.00 per hour during the temporary period.

 

JOB DUTIES:
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and e-mail
  • Input orders into the ERP System
  • Contact clients to confirm order progress and note in company database
  • Actively track purchase orders in the system
  • Contact vendors for order status via email or phone
  • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure outbound shipments are delivered per shipping schedule
  • Extensive data entry using multiple excel spreadsheets
  • Provide customer invoicing information to the Accounting department
  • Upload photos into SharePoint 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years’ office experience required
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a very fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems preferred
