Seeking a candidate with retail, food supply or grocery industry experience!
Our client in Earth City, is seeking a high level Account Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire, position working 7: 00am-4: 00pm, Monday-Friday. This opportunity will pay $12.00-$14.00 during the temporary period with the potential for an increase to up to $18.00 per hour upon permanent hire.
- Provide customer service over the phone and via email
- Develop rapport with customers by providing dedicated client service
- Research incorrect purchase orders and provide assistance to resolve any and all issues in a timely manner
- Inventory and order tracking
- Troubleshoot delivery problems as they arise
- A minimum of 1-3 years high level customer service experience, in a retail/food distribution environment
- The ability to be detail oriented and multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- A stable work history
- A professional demeanor
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
