HOA Receptionist/ Admin
Seeking a Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to assist a small Condo Association office in Des Plaines, IL, with general office duties. Duties will include light administrative work (Typing, filing, scanning) and answering phones (taking calls from residents that have maintenance issues, greeting residents in person to gather information). Ideal person will be highly organized, have good Microsoft Office skills and be able to deal well in stressful situations. Salary starts at $17/hr.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous condo association or home owners association experience required
- Highly organized
- Able to deal well under pressure
- Able to handle individuals in a calm manner when they may be upset or angry about a situation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
