Scanning Office Assistant Clerk

Very busy Workers Comp law firm in Los Angeles is looking for experienced Scanning and Office Assistant Clerks to help out in their busy Office Services Department.
- At least 6 months of clerical experience working in a law firm
- Creating electronic files
- Scanning experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, heavy work load environment
- Type a minimum of 45 wpm
- Ability to work well with others
- Heavy scanning of documents
- Data entry
- Help sort mail, stamp, and copy
- Internet searches looking up addresses on the computer
- Fed Ex website knowledge a plus
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Any additional general office tasks
