Very busy Workers Comp law firm in Los Angeles is looking for experienced Scanning and Office Assistant Clerks to help out in their busy Office Services Department. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • At least 6 months of clerical experience working in a law firm 
  • Creating electronic files
  • Scanning experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, heavy work load environment
  • Type a minimum of 45 wpm
  • Ability to work well with others 

JOB DUTIES: 

  • Heavy scanning of documents
  • Data entry
  • Help sort mail, stamp, and copy
  • Internet searches looking up addresses on the computer
  • Fed Ex website knowledge a plus  
  • Photocopying
  • Filing and organizing paperwork   
  • Any additional general office tasks
