Sales Administrative Support
Seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a Sales team for a several month contract in Rosemont, IL. Ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills. They should also be familiar with SAP software and have experience with Import Delivery.
Duties will include supporting the sales team in all administrative functions. Must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, detail oriented and confident. Must have held a position in an administrative support role supporting a sales team in the past.
Pay will depend on experience, but will probably be in the $17-18/hr range. May be higher for a candidate with the right experience and skills.
- Microsoft Office expert- Advanced Excel skills required.
- SAP software experience preferred
- Previous Import Delivery experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Highly professional and able to learn quickly.
