Our client, a South County based organization, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their busy team! This is a full-time, direct-hire, opportunity that requires minimal overtime. The ideal candidate in this role will have previous experience in an inside or outside sales role, and will be very comfortable reaching out to prospects and identifying the correct buyers to be in contact with. 
This position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential.

Job Duties:
  • Assist with development of various sales and marketing initiatives intended to increase sales
  • Research and identify the correct decision makers
  • Qualify prospects by asking the right questions to uncover value
  • Creatively position the company's product as a resource for multiple value-add services
  • Close sales with professional and well-constructed sales presentations.
  • Ability to learn  and sell technological aspects of the product design/implementation
  • Utilize Salesforce and other database resources to understand current and accurate prospect information, sales conversations and goals.

The position requires:
  • 2-4 years of outside or inside sales experience
  • The ability to work at least 50% of the time in the office to work on strategy for prospective customers
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 40% to make final presentations and possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of C-level decision makers
  • Strong MS Office and Salesforce skills
  • Previous sales experience within a technical field is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
