A client of ours in West County is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join their growing team! This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that will pay between $40, 000 - $60, 000 annually, with the potential for a 10% bonus dependent on annual company and employee performance. The ideal candidate in this role will have prior experience recruiting in the healthcare industry (nurses, CNAs, home health care representatives, etc.), with a positive, up-beat, and go-getter attitude!   Job Duties:
  • Pre-screen and schedule qualified candidates for interviews
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews with all candidates
  • Ensure applicants are moving through the pipeline in a timely manner
  • Oversee on-boarding process, including background checks, reference checks, new hire paperwork, drug screens, etc.
  • Maintain recruiting notes and hiring recommendations in online system & candidate files
  • Extend job offers to candidates and schedule for orientation
  • Work with hiring manager & trainer to communicate candidate status
  • Maintain recruiting and employee retention goals
  • Generate new leads and maintain current leads for recruiting sources
  • Come up with new and creative sources for recruiting candidates
  • Prepare various weekly and monthly reports and surveys
  • Assist with employee coaching and terminations, as well as the annual review process
  • Be available for back-up on-call needs on a rotating basis (every 5 weeks)
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years prior experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiting Manager role required
  • Prior experience recruiting within the healthcare industry or similar service industry required
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
  • Familiarity working in applicant tracking system or similar database highly preferred
  • Ability act as back-up for on call manager on a rotating basis (every 5 weeks)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or similar major is highly preferred
