Front desk professional to answer very busy multi-line phones, greet and assist members by phone or in person as needed in this busy Leawood,KS office.
Other duties will include but not limited to fielding inquiries to appropriate person, assist in leasing lockboxes including completing necessary paperwork, programming and assigning to member, assist in retrieving codes, provide general key and lockbox backup support, prepare paperwork for returned lockboxes and key equipment. Will also ring up store sales and manage daily cash box, responsible for inventory control, ordering merchandise for the company store. Will need Data Entry for input into the database. Will be asked to assist other staff with projects as needed. Need multi line phone experience to answer very busy phones. Good data entry, Word and Excel skills. Prefer at least two years prior experience or some college/tech school combined with experience.
