Our client, an engineering and construction management firm located in the Creve Coeur area, is currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their busy team!    JOB DUTIES: 
  • Greet visitors
  • Answer incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard
  • Sort and distribute mail daily, prepare/coordinate deliveries (UPS, FedEx, courier)
  • Order office supplies and marketing materials
  • Troubleshoot printer/copier/scanner and coordinate with vendor reps for services as needed
  • Coordinate conference rooms, breakfast and lunch for meetings, manage MS Outlook conference room calendar
  • Prepare food and drinks  for meetings 
  • Lite accounting duties 
  • Additional administrative tasks as assigned
This is a full-time opportunity working at a busy front desk.  The hours for this position are 7: 30am-5: 00pm, Monday-Friday, and will pay $15.00-$16.00 per hour during the temporary period with the potential to increase up to $17.00 per hour upon permanent placement.
REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 1-3 years previous Receptionist/Administrative Assistant experience
  • Personable and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Stable work history
