Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Very professional, high end trust corporation in North Scottsdale is seeking an Professional Receptionist with excellent Customer Service skill sets. Position includes, but is not limited to; interaction with high level customers in-person and on the phone, supporting sales and executive level staff, directing calls and proficient use of Word, Excel and Outlook software.
Must have at least 3-5 years of professional Receptionist experience, a very stable and consistent work history and proficiency with MSOffice software programs.
Excellent Customer Service Skill Sets and a high level of professionalism.
