Operations Associate

A prestigious wealth management company in Glendale is looking for a high energy, Operations Associate to join their team.

This is a temp to hire position that will require a very customer service oriented individual to be able to handle the day-to -day operations of the firm and keep the office running smoothly. 

 

Ideal candidates possess:

·         At least 2-3 years of administrative support experience in an office setting

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task 

·         Professional  and  Excellent communication and written skills

·         An  Upbeat positive personality with strong organizational skills

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point )

·         Understands confidentiality

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Strong analytical and research skills

·         Experience in the  wealth management industry a plus and previous securities industry experience a plus 

·         FINRA Series 7, 63 a plus 

 

Duties include:

·         Perform general administrative tasks

·         Help process  new accounts, transfers, new contributions and redemptions , beneficiary changes for clients

·         Mail distribution

·         Client correspondence

·         Coordinating the assembly and mailing of client paperwork

·         Order and handle office supplies

 

This is a full time temp to hire position that will pay $15/hr- $19/hr depending on experience.
