Southwest Chicago Plant is looking to fill a permanent/full time position for Office Administrator on a temp to perm basis. The qualifications are as follows: MUST be highly organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. 5+ years experience with demonstrated organization skills and administrative competencies.
Human resources experience strongly preferred with skills in HR coordination and administration. Must be an effective team player, capable of organizing heavy workloads, ability to manage conflicting priorities, maintain composure, able to work flexible schedule, including overtime. Must have strong sense of customer focus and written and oral communication skills. Must have expert level of proficiency in PC applications and operating systems, MS Office a must and PeopleSoft and SAP preferred.
