A small law office in the Northland, practicing primarily in the high stress area of family law is looking for an Office Administrator with a finance and accounting background.

Responsibilities include:

Finance: Accounting, lawyer trust accounting, billing, collections, budgeting, accounts payable, payroll.

Customer Service: Answering phones, phone intake of potential new clients, greeting clients in absence of Office Manager.

Human Resources: Maintenance of HR files, in-office conflict resolution, performance consultation, promoting and maximizing team performance, coordinating office activities and operations, benefit administration, excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Facility Management: Purchasing, maintenance of equipment, coordinate IT and basic computer maintenance

Minimum Job Requirements:

Finance or accounting background

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online

Proficiency with Excel and WORD

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

5 years administrative experience

Ability to prioritize and work with little supervision

Self-motivated with a team centered spirit

Trustworthy and reliable

Excellent phone and customer relations skills
