Inside Sales Representatives

Three Training Consultant/INSIDE Sales Representatives to work for growing Mission, KS organization.  If you like inside phone sales and are eager to help customers with a fast growing company  this is the job for you. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by following up on leads and prospecting new accounts.
  • Maximize geographical territory by ensuring satisfaction with existing customers and cultivating new business.
  • Develop relationships and foster new business by making 55 + phone calls daily.
  • Establish and maintain quality relationships with clients.
  • Brainstorm with customers to determine their training needs
  • Apply coaching techniques to improve quality of conversation.
  • Ensure payment on past-due accounts.
  • Actively handle objections and negotiate to reach win-win solutions.
  • Perform in-depth needs analysis.
  • Assist customers with solving business issues through training solutions.
  • Successfully complete training modules

 

 Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Assertive, goal oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft outlook and excel.
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week.
