Monroeville non-profit organization is seeking Recruitment Coordinators to contact local business owners and corporate executives to invite them to participate in an exciting community-wide event to raise funds for local families for a fundraising activity.
Candidates must possess the following:
- Have the ability to speak professionally and articulate
- Enjoy building rapport during conversation
- Outgoing and interesting to listen to
Successful candidates are self-motivated, have experience calling prospects, pitching an event or product, handling rebuttals and asking for referrals. Although the job is temporary, it can be long-term.
Work hours are 9:30 a.m.– 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The work environment is casual, but results driven. Dress is business casual and Friday is dress down day.
