Temp to Hire Filing Clerk
Our client, an established accounting firm in Encino is looking for an Experienced Admin/Filing clerk to join their team!
This role would be responsible for performing various admin clerical duties such as scanning, copying, filing, data entry, mail and act as a backup receptionist when needed.
- At least 2 years of clerical or admin experience
- Experience working for an accounting firm is plus
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic computer skills and good data entry skills
- Great team player
This is a temp to hire position that will pay $12/hour to $16/hour once hired DOE.
Full time hours with overtime during tax seasons: March , April ,September and October.
