Kansas City, MO company needs an executive admin assistant to support a CEO/President of a local company. This position requires at least 7-10 years of admin asst experience with at least 5 yrs at the executive level. A Bachelors' degree in Business is preferred. Duties will include: managing day to day operations of the executive's office, manage projects and conduct research, prepare correspondence, reports and presentations, make travel and guest arrangements and answer and direct calls. Will also assist with Corporate meetings including lunches, etc, maintain the executive's appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and teleconferences. Transcription experience required. Will fill in at the receptionist desk and operate the switchboard. Must be fluent in MS Office; Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Hours are 8-5,Mon to Friday. Perm pay is up to 50k. This position REQUIRES 7-10 yrs admin asst support experience with at least 5 years at the executive level.
