Small 24/7 Call Center Downtown Denver- ASAP- March 2018- Also Permanent Positions- All Incoming Customer Care Calls


Assignments are temporary ASAP- March 2018- Potential for permanent placements!

Downtown Denver

$12.50 hr-

Available Shifts:

              1 position      7:00am – 3:30pm          M-Thurs

                                  8:00am – 4:30pm          Sunday


             1 position       9:00am – 5:30pm or       M-F

                                  9:30am – 6pm  


           1 position            7:00am – 5:30pm        S/S

                                   11:30am – 10:00pm      S/S

           1 position            4:00pm – 10:00pm      M-F


           1 position            5:30am – 2:00pm       F-Tues

Call center is 24/7 and is located in downtown Denver.
Bilingual talent a plus
Position duties:
• Answering telephone call inquiries.
• Assisting customers in completing their enrollment and activation process.
• Researching and resolving issues to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
• Promoting organization's products and services.
• Outbound call campaigns.
• Light clerical work.


• Must pass extensive criminal background check (no misdemeanors/felonies) and drug test.
• High School Diploma (college degree a plus)
• Call center experience
• 3 years or more previous customer service experience
