Customer Service Call Center Agents

Our client in the Mid-Wilshire area is looking for experienced highly motivated customer service agents to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, positive individual with great customer service skills, great attention to detail and knows how to thrive in a fast paced working environment. They serve clients nationwide in various fields from medical, legal, property management, financial and Information technology, etc.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of prior experience in a high-volume call center
- Ability to communicate with all types of individuals clearly and be a team player
- Ability to be courteous and polite, and maintain professional demeanor under any circumstances
- Strong ability to multi-task and solve problems
- Ability to successfully pass skill assessment tests
- Ability to type minimum of 40 words per minute
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
- Experience in health care related field a plus but not required
- 2 year College Degree strongly preferred
This is a full time position and will require you to work one day on weekends. Shifts will vary based on the needs of the business.
Pay will be $12/hour during the training period and once hired on will go to $13.50 /hour. There is great opportunity for growth.
