Customer Service Agents

Our client, a national vitamin and supplement distributor is looking for experienced customer service agents to join their team in their West LA office.
- An associates degree is required at minimum
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Prior experience in the vitamin/supplement/nutrition industry is a plus
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully pass skill set tests with strong data entry skills typing at least 10,000kph
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing the background screening process
