A St. Louis based technical operations center is in need of an entry level Customer Service Coordinator to fill an immediate opening. Join this energetic team with the culture of a start-up! The operations center is open 24/7, and we are in need of an employee to work the following shift:


Tuesday – Saturday 8: 00 am – 4: 00 pm

Sunday -- Thursday 4: 00 pm - 12: 00 am
Sunday -- Thursday 12: 00 am - 8: 00 am


The position will pay between $11.00 - $12.00 per hour. This is a rapidly growing business in the tech industry, and they are seeking someone interested in advancing within the organization - this company likes to promote from within!


Job duties include:
  • Answering incoming calls from maintenance technicians
  • Coordinating maintenance visits with client contacts
  • Completing follow-up documentation for all required maintenance
  • Resolving problems that arise during scheduled maintenance calls
  • Monitoring critical alarms and client hubs
  • Dispatching emergency technicians
  • Entry of all documentation in various company systems
  • Additional duties as requested by manager
This position requires:
  • The completion of some collegiate level coursework is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 6 months prior customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work history
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Per the client's request, the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
