We are seeking 15 Customer Care Representatives to fill immediate openings for a healthcare company in Olivette. This is a full-time, direct-hire, opportunity that will pay $14.00 per hour and offers an incentive structure as well! The position does require occasional Saturdays, so candidates should be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.  This is a great, employee-focused company that promotes from within and has an excellent benefits package! 
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
  • Monday-Friday 9: 30am-6: 00pm with 1 late day per week working 10: 30am-7: 00pm and 1 rotating Saturday per month 8: 30am-2: 00pm 
  • Monday-Thursday 12: 30pm-9: 00pm, Friday 8: 30am-5: 00pm, with 1 rotating Saturday per month 8: 30am-2pm 
    JOB DUTIES:
  • Answer customer calls regarding healthcare products
  • Assist customers in selecting the correct products for their needs
  • Suggest additional products to customers that would be an appropriate add-on
  • Resolve delivery issues
  • Request sample products to be sent
  • Enter orders into the system and process payments
REQUIREMENTS:
  • A minimum of 6 months of previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A kind, caring, and patient demeanor a MUST
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency 
  • A stable work history
