A client in the West Philadelphia area is looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant on a temp to hire basis. The candidate will maintain monthly income and expense statements, maintain CEO Appointment book and event calendar, open and file mail daily, and do light dictation and errands.
The requirements for this position are experience in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. They must also be MAC and PC literate and have experience being a bookkeeper and administrative assistant.
This part time 3 days a week for 4-5 hours. It may increase based on business needs.
