Logistics
-Review annotated agenda requirements to ensure all needs are captured.
-Double-check lists vs. BEOs etc
Final logistics to participants/client
 
Pre-meeting Prep
Timing needs
-Meeting binder
-Materials check/assembly
-Packing of materials
-Test / assemble AV
          
Post-meeting
-Chase hotel/ suppliers for final bills
-Post session evaluations tabulation
-Attendance lists
-Signed CAs
-Meeting material destruction

Education:  Business/marketing degree/diploma
 
Experience:  Minimum of  2 years client/customer service experience.
 
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities with excellent telephone communication skills: 
 
Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  
Planning – Sets objectives and goals; develops schedules; anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks.
Time management – Uses time effectively and efficiently. 
Organizing – Can get things done; detail oriented; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal. Learns quickly when facing new problems; a relentless and versatile learner; open to change. Can effectively cope with change.

This job is for a one year maternity leave. My client is located in Markham.

Provide account service support in all aspects of recruitment, data base management, survey deployment, status updates, estimates, billings, and budget summaries.
