Toronto company seeks Bilingual (French) Project Manager, $45-50K.
- Venue search
- Contract negotiations /signing/deposit
- Roomings lists
- AV if / as required
-Review annotated agenda requirements to ensure all needs are captured.
-Double-check lists vs. BEOs etc
-Final logistics to participants/client
Pre-meeting Prep/Timing needs
-Packing of materials
-Test / assemble AV
-Chase hotel/ suppliers for final bills
-Post session evaluations tabulation
-Meeting material destruction
Education: Business/marketing degree/diploma
Experience: Minimum of 2 years client/customer service experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent telephone communication skills:
Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Planning Skills – Able to set objectives and goals; develop schedules; anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks.
Time Management Skills – Use time effectively and efficiently.
Organizing Skills – Can get things done; detail oriented; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal. Learns quickly when facing new problems; a relentless and versatile learner; open to change. Can effectively cope with change – can comfortably handle uncertainty.
