Company in Center City East is in need of a 5+ month Benefits Coordinator for a busy HR office. There is a possibility of a Temp to Hire. You would be responsible for handling all benefits question from current and past clients.
Manage day-to-day benefit administration functions for clients.
Assist with issues related to processing benefits and HRIS data.
Respond to employees resource center inquiries related to benefit coverage, claims issues, COBRA, etc.
Provide assistance to employees re: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and FSA/HRA/HSA.
5+ years of benefits Administration Experience
ADP WorkForce Now preferred
Strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
