Our clients are located in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Westwood and the surrounding communities.
We are looking to add experienced Administrative Assistants to our team to represent Stivers Staffing at client companies on temporary assignments and /or temp to hire positions. Assignments vary in length, location, pay, and duties.
If you have at least 2-3 years of recent working office experience working as an Administrative Assistant we need you on our team! You MUST have experience to qualify for assignments in that role.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Self-starter, must be results oriented
- Ability to work well with others in a team oriented environment
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
- Previous recent experience working as an Admin Assistant a MUST

Assignments will vary between temporary and temp to hire depending on the needs of our clients.
