Our client, a Eureka-based contracting company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator to join their busy team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire, opportunity that will pay within the range of $16.00-$18.00 per hour during the temporary period, with the possibility for an increase upon permanent placement.
 

JOB DUTIES:
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Dispatching service technicians
  • Coordinating service technician schedule
  • Assisting management with client and vendor quotes
  • Ordering office supplies
  • General administrative support as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 1 year previous experience dispatching service technicians, construction workers or installation technicians
  • Previous ESC/Scheduling Software experience a plus
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • A warm and engaging personality
  • A stable work history
  • Excellent communication skills
