Overland Park Commercial General Contractor and construction manager specializing in challenging projects is looking for an administrative assistant to support two project managers. Candidate will need to be able to pick up on office procedures and be computer savvy to learn new software and their management program software. Duties will include front desk greeting guests and answering phones,, keeping calendars and making travel reservations, memos and other correspondence. A college degree and any marketing experience is a plus.
Will need to be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
