Administrative Assistant needed by a fast growing company in the Media, Delaware County, PA area. Real Estate related company needs an experienced (2-3 years of solid office work experience) for an immediate temp to hire opportunity. Must live in the Delaware or Chester County and have own transportation since you may be visiting local branches and court houses.
Excellent typing skills (55wpm) and knowledge of MS Word a must. Real Estate, Mortgage, Banking, or related experience a plus. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, be a team player, be outgoing and personable, enjoy working in a busy office environment and spend 90% of the day typing forms and legal documents. Other duties will include answering phones and clerical work. Must enjoy learning new software.
Some college is preferred but must have at least a HS diploma or GED.
The successful candidate's start date will be contingent on passing a criminal background screening and drug testing.
The pay rate for this position is up to $16 hour depending on skills and experience.
