Admin Asst for Marketing Department
Overland Park home office of major distributor has an opening for an entry level administrative assistant to work in their marketing department.
Individual needs to be familiar and responsible for trade shows, billing (coop- sending invoices to company reps and communicating with accounting-ledger sheets)
Familiar with or equal to Asana (project tool management) and being able to keep current with department's calendar.
This position will also be doing web updates (i.e. if product is listed incorrect-they will manage the on-line products-replacing content and images., (Not responsible for writing the content-finding and replacing with correct content)
Other administrative duties as needed.
