Commercial Real Estate Broker in Need of an Administrative Assistant - Must have Brokerage and/or Property Management Experience
Contract assignment, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
Temporary indefinite assignment, that could potentially be a permanent placement
Assist Broker with scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing of files, filing, data entry, answering emails, correspondence and phones.
Must have Property Management, Real estate and or Brokerage experience.
Must have good Microsoft soft experience, proof of dependability (work references) and a great work ethic.
Good spelling, grammar and professionalism also needed.
Must possess good analytical skills, at least 5 years of property management and / or real estate industry experience. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
