Currently seeking an experienced Administrative assistant to support the Office Manager of our client in the Des Plaines, IL area. This person will be responsible for processing billing, filing and DOT paperwork compliance, phone coverage as receptionist and other administrative duties. Needs to be flexible with jumping in to help out wherever needed. Temp-to-Hire. Salary is depending on experience, but will likely pay between $15 & $17/hr.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Previous administrative experience in a roll handling similar duties as outlined above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize workload.
- Previous experience in Logistics or Transportation would be preferred.
