Temp to Hire Office Administrative Assistant
Enthusiastic and Organized Office Assistant needed for small fast-paced office in Des Plaines.
- Managing general office tasks: answering phones, mail, photocopying, filing and faxes.
- Keeping both online and paper files.
- Lead management: follow up calls, appointment scheduling and data entry.
- Processing purchase and sale transactions.
- Miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be extremely comfortable on the phone - customer service experience a plus!
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently.
- Prefer some Real-Estate experience.
