Respected Center City Accounting and Finance Company is looking ro a temp to hire candidate with the following skills:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

    1. Provide administrative support to multiple senior managers in the Accounting and Finance department
    2. Make updates in the Concur expense system as necessary; create reports; monitor expenses
    3. Ability to create simple spreadsheets for reports requested by the different departments and/or work within existing spreadsheets
    4. Create and update PowerPoint presentations
    5. Assist with board books
    6. Managing the invoicing process for customers with an outside vendor
    7. Making travel arrangements  

 

  • Filing assistance as required

 

  1. Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned 

 

 

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-7 years experience in an administrative role or similar/related role in the Financial Services industry
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of expense reimbursement and reporting software/tool, preferably Concur
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills. Embraces a team attitude within the company and shares a professional demeanor within the department
